The website (“Website”) allows you to access the reservation services of the Hotels under the THR Group.

The Website may also provide marketing and promotional information about products, services and activities offered by the THR Group. 

The Website and its content are made available for your personal, non-commercial use.  The Website should not be used for unlawful, immoral or illegal purposes or for any purpose other than those stated in the Terms and Conditions. The THR Group reserves the right to deny access to the Website to any user who violates the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy at its sole discretion. 

You must not engage in any conduct or do anything that would damage, impair or interfere with the operation or security of the Website, the system hosting the Website, or any of our computer systems.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER 

i)     International Users And Choice Of Law

 The terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia only.

This Site is controlled, operated and administered by us from our offices within Malaysia. We make no representation that materials at this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of Malaysia and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the THR Group and you with respect to your use of the Site. The THR Group does not provide any representation, warranty or guarantee, whether expressed, implied or by statute, as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Website for any particular purpose.

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and the THR Group expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 Any use of any information or materials on this Website is entirely at your own risk, for which the THR Group shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any materials or information available through this Website meet your specific requirements.
